To get the prices in ounces multiply by 20. So actually what they pay out isn’t quite a high as first glance. You can get around 95% of the current spot price of gold if you can find the right refiner. If the prices on their site are current, they pay under 80%. Which isn’t terrible but it’s not great either.
But the good news is that their shipping is fast and they have a great turn around. Overall I wouldn’t say Cash For Gold USA is a scam, but you can get more for your gold with another refiner.
